Car Colston: Contemporary self-build project gets the go ahead!

Equestrian Foxholes Barn, Car Colston, Rushcliffe, Nottinghamshire, NG13

Full planning consent has been achieved for the conversion of a former equestrian building to an impressive, contemporary four-bedroom family home.

The site lies on the edge of the highly desirable village of Car Colston, Rushcliffe in South Nottinghamshire.

The buildings were redundant and the owner wanted to secure permission to live on site and develop a self-build project.

This permission has now enabled them to sell their existing two storey house and invest their capital receipt into a life time home which will mean they can continue to live close to their family and their local community.

The home is a sustainable single storey dwelling, eco efficient and contemporary in design.

GraceMachin assisted with all aspects of the planning application including supporting statements and application drawings/ visuals.
