GraceMachin achieves planning permission for HMO's in Derby

GraceMachin Planning and Property were instructed to obtain planning permission for House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) dwellings on two separate sites within Derby City Centre. Full planning permission was successfully obtained for both clients within eight weeks from formal submission of each application.

Working with Planning and Environmental Health Officers at Derby City Council, GraceMachin were able to advise our clients on critical matters such as minimum bedroom sizes, kitchen / dining room requirements and other amenity thresholds, all before the planning applications were submitted. This ensured that the planning application process itself was both ‘smooth’ and ‘speedy’.
