Nottingham City Centre Gateway Office Approval Granted in 6 Weeks

Commercial City Buildings, Carrington Street, Nottingham, NG1 7FG

The 'City Buildings' on Carrington Street are an iconic gateway site close to Nottingham Train Station. Well known amongst the people of Nottingham, the building in recent years has lacked any significant investment from its owners.

The buildings comprising circa 44,000sq ft of space were purchased from Nottingham City Council in 2018. The owners appointed 'Office Innovations' to refit the buildings as a "Shoreditch Style" office space, which required planning permission to be granted across all four upper floors.

GraceMachin were instructed in January 2019 to submit a change of use application which was prepared and validated in early February. No objections were raised to the application and by working with the City Council, we were able to ensure that the application was determined within just 6 weeks of validation.

Who else is winning planning permission with GraceMachin?
