Following 6 months of negotiations with Rushcliffe Borough Council, GraceMachin has secured planning permission for three detached dwellings comprising of one detached 4 bedroom home and two detached bungalows.

The Site, which had an existing planning consent for two dwellings, was purchased by a developer in Spring 2018 and GraceMachin were specifically instructed to maximise the development opportunity and make better use of this brownfield site.

Radcliffe on Trent is a high value and popular south Nottinghamshire village and this high quality interesting development will be brought to the market later in 2019.
