The application comprises the rear gardens of a number of properties off Station Road in North Hykeham.
Recent developments which are positioned to the north and south of the development site had established a new character to this part of North Hykeham and with the help of a local architect and aborist an application was submitted without the need for pre-application consultation with the Local Planning Authority. This ensured that the application was submitted, validated and determined all within the space of 16 weeks. No formal objections were raised by any third party and the application was determined under delegated powers.
