Permission Granted - The erection of an Agricultural Storage Building
Gainsborough Road, Everton, Nottinghamshire
GraceMachin has successfully obtained planning consent for 12 equestrian stables and a new indoor ménage at Lavender Lakes Equestrian in Leicestershire.
The proposals will assist in allowing the development and growth of an existing rural enterprise, through the provision of new equestrian accommodation suitable to offer livery & training to local horse owners.
This high quality facility will appeal to those seeking equestrian accommodation and grazing and our client has the vast knowledge and experience to facilitate and develop this rural business. The proposed development of two stable blocks and an all-weather riding school in this location will provide our client with a viable and successful rural enterprise, whilst supporting this important part of the rural economy.
Importantly, the design and scale of the proposed structures has carefully considered its rural setting and has sought to ensure that through the use of a sensitive design ethos it will assimilate comfortably into its natural environment.
GraceMachin will now continue to work our client and the Local Planning Authority to organically grow this highly successful equestrian business.
Established in June 2012 by Chartered Town Planners Nick Grace and George Machin, our portfolio of work covers a wide breadth and scale of development; from single houses or replacement dwellings to large scale, mixed use, residential and commercial sites.
