Permission Granted - Holiday accommodation and Residential dwellings for Fairview Farm Equestrian

Equestrian Nottinghamshire NG15 9GS

Our client has always been keen to invest heavily in holiday accommodation at Fairview Farm. The site is ideally located for providing tourist accommodation located only a few minutes’ walk or cycle from local tourist attractions such as Papplewick Pumping Station, Newstead Abbey Park, Blidworth Bottoms, Sherwood Forest, Clumber Park and Rufford Abbey.

As the site is within the Green Belt where new development is strictly controlled, our client feared not achieving planning permission(s) and ultimately not being supported by the Local Planning Authority.

In the last 5 years, we have secured planning permissions at Fairview Farm Equestrian for various proposals including new barn conversion holiday accommodation, new log cabin holiday accommodation, the conversion of redundant farm buildings to residential dwellings, new stable blocks and new hay barns.

We continue to work in partnership with Gedling Borough Council to deliver successful planning applications at Fairview Farm, including the clients expanding equine-side of the business.

Who else is winning planning permission with GraceMachin?
