Strategic Land Local Plan Promotion

GraceMachin Planning & Property act as lead project managers promoting a range of housing sites across the East Midlands. We have recently (Summer 2018) been involved with the allocation of circa 400 houses on the edge of Nottingham in Gedling Borough.

On ‘Mapperley Top’, Gedling, we were able to identify that exceptional circumstances existed to amend the Green Belt boundary to meet the housing needs of the Borough. We have been involved with this area and acted for two principal landowners for nearly 16 years and worked with highway consultants, landscape consultants, ecologists and master planners.

Elsewhere, we have recently been involved with the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan in 2016/17, the South East Lincolnshire Plan in 2018 and latterly at the Rushcliffe and Broxtowe Local Plan Part 2 Hearing Sessions at the end of 2018.

Working with a variety of landowners, promoters and consultants we have an excellent track record of being able to advise on the longer term potential of land and delivering allocations across the East Midlands.
