Permission Granted - Change of use from auction site to haulage yard and depot

Commercial Lincolnshire LN5 9EJ

Our client was relocating his business to a high profile location on the A46, which would deliver not only logistical benefits to the business but it would have a significant benefit on removing lorry movements through nearby villages. Careful project management was required to ensure the planning permission was delivered on time to allow for the business to relocate from its existing premises.

The greatest challenge on this site was dealing with design, lighting and ecology matters. We managed the needs of the business with the need to consider and mitigate the ecological impacts of the new development. The development has resulted in benefits to local ecology with new habitat formations and mitigations taking place.
