Permission Granted - 30 holiday lodges, gym, retail and ancillary convenience store

Leisure and Tourism Lincolnshire, LN6 9AJ

Concerns had been raised through the sites development that the Council would not support the growth of the Holiday Lodge Park. We were tasked with identifying to the Council that both the demand and need existed for this level of holiday accommodation on the edge of Lincoln within open countryside.

We have an in-depth understanding of local planning policy in Central Lincolnshire, which allows us to assess projects quickly and efficiently, and allows local business people to make informed decisions on their investments.

"Over a period of 10 plus years GraceMachin have been able to support the organic and natural growth of the business from just 3 lodges to what it is today"

We undertook appeals to deliver the ancillary commercial uses on site and identify that within planning policy local and national planning policy is broadly supportive of economic development in rural area and supporting existing and viable businesses.

Over a period of 10 plus years GraceMachin have been able to support the organic and natural growth of the business from just 3 lodges to what it is today. The longevity of the professional relationship between client and planning consultant has been vital to the long term growth of the business.
