GraceMachin continues to achieve planning success for the owners of Allington Manor, Allington in Lincolnshire.

This latest application follows planning permissions obtained in the past by GraceMachin for additional hotel rooms and new bathroom suites.

The garage/store conversion that has now been approved by South Kesteven District Council will ensure that Allington Manor continues to maintain its ‘competitive edge’ in the local market by providing a bespoke ‘self-contained’ bedroom suite within the grounds of this Grade II* Listed Manor House.

It is our view that this latest proposal will help to further secure “optimum viable use” of this Listed building, thereby complying with the requirements of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act and accord with the objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) that seek to ensure that ‘heritage assets’ are conserved in a manner appropriate to their significance whilst promoting viable uses consistent with the conservation of the heritage asset.
