GraceMachin Planning & Property have successfully obtained full planning approval for a contemporary new residential development in the centre of Radcliffe on Trent, on behalf of existing client A.W Lymm The Family Funeral Service.

GraceMachin Partner, George Machin was instructed to work alongside the consultant architect, KOR Architects, to secure planning permission for 7 new homes, following the removal of an existing site building.

The planning application involved careful consideration with respect of design, highways, flood risk and residential amenity.

Permission was secured via delegated powers without the need for Planning Committee.
