Planning permission granted for 2 semi detached dwellings

Residential Riby, West Lindsey, Lincolnshire

Grace Machin Planning & Property were instructed in 2017 to obtain planning permission for a new residential development in the settlement of Riby, within West Lindsey (Central Lincolnshire). Full planning permission was duly obtained for a single dwelling in June 2017, on behalf of Riby Grange Farming Limited.

Following a re-appraisal of the site, and working with Tom Strawson, Mother Architects and ADC Infrastructure, planning permission was obtained for two dwellings on the same plot in August 2018.

The application sought to capture a level of development, commensurate with that as identified in the recently adopted Central Lincolnshire Local Plan. The design and highway access into and out of the site, had to be reappraised in detail following initial concerns from the Local Highway Authority and the Councils Tree Officer.

The resulting application makes the very best use of the site and has maximised its value for our client and landowner.
