Three new dwellings in the Countryside – Permission Granted!

Residential Skegby, Nottinghamshire, NG17

GraceMachin has successfully secured planning permission for three new family homes on a site in North Nottinghamshire.

George Machin, Partner, identified to the landowner that Ashfield District Council were unable to demonstrate a five-year housing land supply and was formally instructed to demonstrate to professional planning officers that a presumption in favour of sustainable development should apply.

George co-ordinated the formal submission of the planning application which included a technical transport assessment prepared by Bancroft Consulting Ltd, Ecology work by BWB Ecologists, as well as robust Planning and Design & Access Statement by GraceMachin.

This development will assist in providing a meaningful contribution towards the District’s housing supply and will provide economic benefits that will be generated during the construction of the development and occupation thereafter.

The landowner is delighted.

Who else is winning planning permission with GraceMachin?
